Job Description:
You will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients and field service engineers; while working closely with our team to resolve complex issues, provide expert guidance, and ensure that our systems are operating at peak efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front line technical support for fire alarm systems, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and issue resolution.
- Assist field service engineers with complex technical problems.
- Offer technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring their fire alarm systems are fully operational.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement system improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fire alarm systems and industry standards.
- Document all support activities and provide detailed reports as necessary.
- Participate in on-call support rotations as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in fire alarm systems, with a strong technical background.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Experience with a variety of fire alarm systems and control panels.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., NICET) are a plus.
